- Support partners and practice leaders in executing business development and marketing initiatives
- Lead and support pitch and proposal development (RFPs, client presentations, deal-related submissions)
- Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives
- Track BD activity, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM and internal tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support go-to-market strategies and cross-practice initiatives
- Monitor market activity and trends to identify opportunities tied to transactions and deal flow
- Assist with planning and execution of client events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to content development including marketing materials, submissions, and internal communications
- 5+ years of business development and/or marketing experience within a professional services environment (law firm, accounting firm, or consulting preferred)
- Strong experience supporting pitches, proposals, or pursuits
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing tools is an asset
- Exposure to corporate, M&A, or transaction-focused work is an asset but not required
- High visibility role working directly with partners on deal-related work
