- Partner with auditors, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders to oversee program delivery, ensure alignment with audit strategy, and promote innovation through digital transformation.
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex, multi-year programs supporting data, digital, analytics and automation capabilities across Internal Audit.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting cadence and risk/issue tracking mechanisms.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product impact and user adoption and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Manage program budgets to ensure efficient delivery within defined timelines and scope.
- Lead the investment review committee to communicate achievements and develop research briefs to help prioritize backlog.
- Effectively clear backlogs to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
- Develop monthly reporting for various senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the bank’s IT organization.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and outcome focused with the ability to manage complexity.
- Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, working independently and developing relationships with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of data platforms, visualization tools and automation technologies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
