As a Benefits Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting the employee benefits programs. Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Assist employees with benefits inquiries and provide timely support
Coordinate with benefits providers and handle enrollment processes
Maintain accurate records of benefits data and documentation
Support the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures

Previous experience in benefits administration or related HR functions
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of benefits programs and relevant regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
