Be a part of a culture that doesn't just wait for change but actively creates it-where your skills and values drive our collective progress and impact.Position: Manufacturing Operator - PharmaVacancies: Total 4 (1 Sunrise, 3 Rotation)Type: Term (24 months)Department: ProductionSHIFT: Sunrise (Sun-Thu: 2330 - 0800)SHIFT: Rotation (Mon-Fri: 2 weeks 0730 - 1600; 2 weeks 1530 - 0000)Reporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor, you are responsible for the completion of all Manufacturing processes, accuracy of corresponding documentation, and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing tablets and capsules, dispensing product, equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Ensure accuracy of corresponding documentation and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools to carry out machine setups and adjustments. Training will be provided.
  • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
QualificationsEducation - Completion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Certificate preferred.Knowledge/Experience - Working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry is an asset. Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.Competencies - Ability to meet physical demands such as twisting, lifting and bending. Good English verbal, reading and writing skills with a proven ability to follow precise guidelines. Basic mathematical & mechanical skills. Self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail and a team player. Shift work may be required.What we have to offer you:
