- Build a structured, relationship-first approach to engaging press and media partners.

- Stay ahead of trends to keep our voice fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
- Measure impact, learn fast, and evolve strategies to maximize results.

- Drive our PR calendar with energy, purpose, and precision.
- Craft standout press releases with a strong news hook, a human voice, and clear messaging.
- Pitch and secure executive interviews, panels, and speaking opportunities to position Quark as a category leader.
- Build long-lasting media relationships that generate trust and buzz.
- Work with ambassadors, journalists, and aligned organizations to amplify our reach.
- Monitor media daily, track content, and guide internal teams with insight.
- Lead our awards strategy—from submission to spotlight—and bring our achievements to the forefront.
- Write and refine talking points, messages, and scripts that resonate with customers and partners.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across customer-facing content like travel docs, health info, and FAQs.
- Coach our leaders and team members to show up confidently in interviews and public moments.
- Collaborate across teams and levels to keep messaging aligned, inclusive, and inspiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in PR and corporate communications.
- A passion for storytelling—and the ability to write clearly, creatively, and persuasively across formats.
- Proven success building relationships with media and securing impactful coverage.
- Strong instincts for newsworthiness and audience engagement.
- Up-to-date on digital and traditional media trends, including SEO-savvy PR tactics.
- Able to zoom out for strategy and dive in for the details—especially when it comes to writing.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, team-driven environments.
- Travel or tourism experience is a bonus—but not a must.
