We are continually innovating to make this vision a reality.What You Will DoThe Sales Representative is an entry level role that involves covering sales in an assigned territory, with a focus on wholesale distributor branches and small to mid-sized contractor accounts. Responsibilities include executing sales and marketing strategies, organizing promotional activities like product demonstrations and maintaining point-of-purchase displays, and achieving results in metropolitan areas.Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and introduce new products to assigned wholesale distributor branch locations.
  • Accountable for product training, demonstrations, counter days, trade shows, and lead management.
  • Receive leads from trade shows or other sources; prioritize leads in-order-to make contact and follow up on resulting opportunities.
Who You AreYou possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You build strong relationships and are communicative. You are organized and can work both independently and collaboratively. You also have a knack to analyze and understand market trends.Qualifications:
  • 2 years product sales experience preferred.
  • Valid and Active Driver’s License required
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and public speaking.
  • Self-motivated; able to function autonomously and as a team player.
  • Ability to interpret and forecast changes in contractor and wholesaler buying patterns and product requirements.
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,b PowerPoint, SAP and CRM.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree is strongly preferred.
  • May be required to travel up to 40% of the time.
