- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal and written offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs, creating tailored strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for upcoming roles.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey, from initial engagement to final offer, promoting the company’s commitment to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive culture.
- Intergrate automation and AI assistants into the recruitement process to improve efficiency.
- Integrate diversity and inclusion perspectives into recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool that brings various perspectives and backgrounds to enrich our company's culture
- Cultivate relationships with key educational institutions, attend career fairs, and represent the company at relevant industry events, serving as a passionate brand ambassador and connecting with emerging talent.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on the use of recruitment systems and best practices.
- Assist with special projects, events and initiatives related to talent acquisition and the Culture and Talent team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and proven ability to source and hire candidates in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (Smart Recruiters a strong asset), and HR technologies.
- Curiosity and experience for using AI in the recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment, with an understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, agile, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, all while being a team player.
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
