Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to close and account expansion
Convert inbound leads into revenue-generating opportunities
Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota
Present and position technical security solutions to decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth
Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings within the commercial security sectorAccount Executive Qualifications:Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role
Commercial physical security sales experience is required
Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and related solutions
Live video monitoring and RMR sales experience
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Excellent presentation and solution-selling skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals
Results-driven with a strategic and consultative sales approachEmployment Details:Base salary starting at $70,000.00 per year plus comp structure
