- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Experience in campaign management and performance advertising using the Google Ads platform, including Search and YouTube.
- Experience partnering with clients on advertising products or marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech).
- Understanding of Google measurement capabilities across advertising and media platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build a pipeline.
