Project ManagerAre you a results-driven Project Manager who thrives on taking ideas from concept to completion? You’ll work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life, all while driving process improvements and ensuring exceptional service.What You’ll Do:
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, and keep projects on target.
  • Oversee resources, ensuring teams work efficiently and safely.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged with clear, consistent updates.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver their best work.
What You Bring:
  • Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience (telecommunications background an asset).
  • 4+ years in a leadership role, with proven team motivation skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; QuickBase and NetSuite experience an asset.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
