Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.What you’ll doThis position plays a key role, within our Marketing team in enhancing the Feeds’n Needs digital presence across our retail network in the Maritimes by helping manage the website and and keeping content up to date with a focus on clear navigation, strong content, and solid SEO practices.The individual will be responsible for assisting with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing both foot traffic to stores and engagement across online platforms. This includes leveraging email marketing (Mailchimp), paid ads, geo‑targeted promotions, and social media to reach customers in the communities we serve.A critical aspect of the role involves tracking and analyzing performance metrics across all digital channels, interpreting key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment. The position also entails supporting the execution of a structured content calendar and producing creative assets such as photography, video, and graphics to support both broader marketing initiatives and local store‑level promotions.Furthermore, the role encompasses hands‑on customer engagement by responding to digital inquiries and assisting with the marketing needs of in‑store events and sponsorships. To remain competitive and innovative, the individual must continuously monitor emerging trends in digital marketing, identify new tools and technologies, and bring forward ideas that enhance the customer experience and strengthen the Feeds’n Needs brand across all digital touchpoints.Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for a tech‑savvy, creative, and data‑driven marketer who enjoys working across channels and owning projects end‑to‑end. You bring a balance of creativity and analytical thinking and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team.You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business—or equivalent practical experience—and have proven experience executing digital marketing campaigns and analyzing performance. You understand how customers move across digital touchpoints and know how to optimize content and campaigns accordingly. Retail marketing and eCommerce experience are strong assets.You’ll also need
  • Experience with digital marketing campaign execution and analytics
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and conversion optimization
  • Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, paid media strategies, and geo‑targeted campaigns
  • Ability to create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions and continuously improve results
