HVAC Technician - RED SEAL

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems (residential and commercial)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose gas and refrigeration systems
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
• Ensure all work is performed according to applicable codes, safety standards, and client requirements
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

• Provincial Journeyman Certificate in HVAC - REQUIRED
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License - REQUIRED
• Red Seal HVAC Ticket (Gas and Refrigeration) - Preferred
• Class B Gas Ticket - Asset
• General knowledge of customer service principles
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Proven ability to lead and train team members
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC doing Installation work in residences.
• Have Journeyperson or Red Seal license or working towards license
• Nice to have either Gas ticket or Sheet Metal Ticket or Plumbing ticket.
• Must have demonstrated a strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Must have a Class 5 Driver's License.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Must be vaccinated
