
Reporting Controller

- Own and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, Forecast and Rolling Forecast ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts by Cost Center, providing detailed commentary on variances and root causes.
- Collaborate with the Site Controller and departmental managers to monitor operational costs and implement effective cost control strategies, particularly focusing on OVH expenses.
- Drive KPI tracking, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial data integrity, ensuring consistency in reporting and analysis across systems.
- Proactively manage the accounting reconciliation and prepare and review the monthly permanent Journal entries for the monthly closing
- Prepare the Reporting package for the Business review with the management
- Anticipate and explain using KPI and Scorecard the main deviation vs Budget
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative data analysis and financial performance metrics.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools (SAP, Excel) and BI platforms (e.g., QlikView) and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French as additional languages is a plus.
