- You are responsible for managing all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your respective business.
- These responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations on and off-campus, building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies – through all stages of the recruiting pipeline, managing social media deliverables, planning, managing and executing events and large-scale conferences, assessing candidates via interview and screening, managing the referral process internally, leveraging HR technologies, candidate tracking and management (including data collection).
- This position will focus on proactively attracting, identifying and selecting top talent from campuses across Canada in support of your respective business line.
- The position will partner with Program Managers, University Relations and the other Early Talent Recruiters to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs.
- Working with the team to create and execute a consistent campus recruiting and branding strategy across our business lines will be crucial to your success in the role.
- 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, having exhibited a high degree of performance
- Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
- Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize our internal applicant tracking system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environments with tight deadlines
- Some project management skills or experience
- Positive attitude and good communication with stakeholders
- Ability to be effective in both a team and independent working environment
- Critical thinking with an ability to see the “big picture” in a complex matrixed environment
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
- Problem solving and analytical capability
- Adaptable with the ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment
- HR designation
- Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the Bank Group
- Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
