- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks
- Design and implement processes that reduce redundancy and boost productivity
- Build clear project timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks
- Leverage PM tools and technology to automate and optimize task management
- Act as the liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow and coordinated execution
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, map interdependencies, and resolve blockers
- Develop process documentation that bridges operational gaps between teams
- Align departmental goals with company-wide strategy and project objectives
- Develop, document, and roll out Standard Operating Procedures across relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Lead training initiatives to drive adoption of new tools, policies, and procedures
- Continuously refine SOPs to reflect operational improvements and regulatory changes
- Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment
- Facilitate team-building, clear communication practices, and shared accountability
- Recognize individual strengths and channel them toward stronger collective output
- Model professionalism, positivity, and purpose-driven leadership at every level
- 3–5 years of experience in energy management, utilities, or related infrastructure
- Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience managing energy projects, audits, retrofits, or renewable integrations
- 3–5 years of formal project management experience across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in PM methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or hybrid frameworks
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar)
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a strong asset
