Lodging & Flight Logistics Administrator

- Work with operations, carriers and lodging services to coordinate transportation, lodging and visitor arrivals and departures
- Work with carriers on alternative routing requirements due to weather requirements or other logistic delays
- Serve as a primary point of contact for flight services contractors
- Manage and monitor billing, cost control, and administrative documentation
- Maintain accurate records of access requests, approvals and schedule adjustments.
- Identify opportunities to improve lodging and flight operations and implement best practices
- Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all personnel
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp administration, people logistics, or operational support
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage implementation and usage of camp and flight logistics software solutions
- Ability to manage logistics for staff, vendors, and contractors effectively
- Safety focused with strong attention to detail
