- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, workforce priorities, and gaps across Canada
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business, translating workforce needs into actionable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Establish sustainable action plans through a proactive, data‑driven recruitment approach; design and implement initiatives to build targeted talent pipelines, focused on operations sites across Canada
- Lead the planning, management and continuous improvement of Saputo’s Internship program, creating a meaningful development experience for Interns and building a strong early‑career talent pipeline
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with target universities across Canada
- Leverage Saputo’s Employer Brand across multiple channels, including social media, strategic partnerships, and industry events
- Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team that partners closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, deliver market insights, and implement effective, inclusive recruitment strategies
- Develop and optimize tools, processes, and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including people management, with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing, engaged Talent Acquisition professionals.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Solid experience developing and implementing strategies to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines aligned with evolving business needs
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills, with a highly collaborative approach
- Ability to effectively balance strategic partnership with hands-on operational leadership
- A future‑focused perspective to address current and emerging Talent Acquisition needs
- Experience managing Talent Acquisition KPIs, tracking performance, and using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with, or exposure to, university relations and internship or early‑career programs
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- Bilingual (English and French) — the role requires oral and written communication with stakeholders in Québec and across Canada
