We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in North York, Ontario, this role involves contributing to the development of robust and scalable solutions while working on both back-end and client-side scripting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in building efficient microservices, implementing clean architecture principles, and utilizing modern cloud technologies.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize microservices architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Implement and maintain clean architecture and domain-driven design principles across projects.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Manage and optimize relational databases like Azure MySQL for high-performance applications.
  • Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to streamline deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code methodologies using tools like Terraform.
  • Ensure secure application development by adhering to best practices for OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and encryption.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and testing.
  • Monitor distributed systems using appropriate logging and tracking tools to ensure reliability.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET Core for back-end development.
  • Proficiency in client-side scripting languages, including JavaScript, React.js, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of CSS and cross-platform development for responsive designs.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and background processing techniques.
  • Expertise in version control systems, including Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based development and containerization technologies.
