Electrical Engineer II

- Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in Electrical Engineering design.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license in Electrical Engineering is highly desired, or the ability to obtain P.Eng licensure within 2 years of hire.
- Accredited Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using electrical calculation tools is highly desired, including lighting and power software such as AGi32, Elum Tools, EasyPower, ETAP or SKM Power Tools.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit based drawing generation experience is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of CAN/ULC, NBC and IEEE Regulatory Codes is required
- Facilities electrical design experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word are required.
- Client projects for this position require Canadian Citizenship.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Requires the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
- Be able to work in an environment with open discussions and visitors without getting distracted.
- May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
