We value diversity and we are always looking for new ways to wow our customers and our employees.Job Description· 2 or more areas of industry experience or expertise· 2 or more areas of D365 CRM application experience or expertise· Work with sales and project team members in scoping solutions to address business-level requirements for all industry verticals.· Collect client requirements and the 'why' behind those requirements to effectively communicate the subsequent ideology behind the development of solutions.· Contribute to budgets, roadmaps and project plans required for the successful delivery of the recommended solutions, working with the project team.· Effectively write, document, and map requirements while crafting Dev Ops work items for effective delegation where applicable.· Speak to the design of the system and the implications of decisions made by stakeholders while effectively communicating this to the Solution Architect· Assist with or complete all requirement gathering and grooming sessions, process mapping, and required configuration tasks to completion.· Provide regular status updates to Project Managers and other team members or stakeholders, in accordance with the implementation methodology.· Work with the rest of the implementation team to resolve customer issues and ensure all projects have a successful outcome in accordance with your analysis.· Conduct system testing to ensure the configurations and customizations of the system meet the client's requirements and strategic goals.· Provide customer-focused value-added consultation and advisory in accordance with the D365 CE Applications· Provide Company standard documentation as required.· Perform additional related duties as required.Requirements:Requirements· 3+ years of experience in a client-facing consultancy role for an end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementation· 3+ years of experience configuring Dynamics CE on more than one module with several successful implementations.· Project experience where more than one business unit within a client's organization was implementing Dynamics 365 in a linear fashion· MSFT D365 Certified· Multi-Disciplinary skills across a variety of industries with an understanding of their pain points, verbiage, common KPIs, and solutions· Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and stakeholder management· Process improvement orientated with detailed and functional documentation skills.· A passion for learning and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly.· Excellent collaboration skills, but also works well independently.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookPersonal Qualifications· A strong focus on value-driven customer service principles, relationship building, and continuous learning.· A high degree of creativity, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude· Self-starter who is driven by results and comfortable meeting critical deadlines while managing key priorities· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: clear, concise, and comfortable presenting in large groups· Ability to translate customer requirements into application specifications and process flows.· Ability to think laterally under pressure.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to focus on delivering objectives for the customer and keeping the implementation team focused on those objectives while taking accountability for their own tasks.Benefits:Position is fully remote with the occasional need to visit a client site.We offer a structured career development plan to help you grow your career with HSO.We include a benefits program, competitive compensation plans, paid vacation, and a dynamic environment.In addition, we provide 4 % of your salary to a Group TFSA or RRSP of your choice, with no matching required.
