
Warehouse Associate

- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming shipments against waybills, report damages or shortages, and obtain carrier signatures.
- Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, maintain accurate documentation for returned or transferred materials, and update shipping transactions in SAP.
- Material Handling: Supply components to production lines, pick and stage orders based on customer needs, and move materials between storage and production areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (deep-reach and counterbalance) and ensure daily safety checklists are completed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare shipping documents, ensure QA release before storage or delivery, and maintain compliance with our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
- General Support: Perform cleanup activities, use tools to open containers, and assist in loading/unloading materials by hand when required.
- High School Diploma
- +1 year of experience in a warehouse environment, with hands-on experience operating forklifts (deep-reach and counterbalance).
- Strong management and thewith minimal supervision.
- Confidence using computers and working with systems like SAP or other inventory tools
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or food environment
- Understanding/familiarity of cGMP
- Experience within a regulated environment packaging/food/pharmaceutical (FDA, Health Canada)
