- Responsible to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing for driving objectives and performance of B2C marketing programs with full accountability of performance through management, optimization, analytics, and reporting
- Understands cross-channel impact within the marketing mix and collaborates with paid media, social media, creative, web, and CRM teams to develop effective, fully integrated brand campaigns and promotions
- Collaborates with digital teams to optimize channel performance, driving residential online conversion & revenue
- Leverage customer data to inform marketing decisions, ensuring all initiatives are grounded in an understanding of the target audience.
- Collaborates with the internal creative team to develop content & creative assets
- Collaborates with the analytics team to establish campaign measurement methodology and post-campaign analysis.
- Speaks confidently to our residential & program strategies. Communicates results of system-wide programs & related franchise-level campaign performance to varied audiences
- Provides mentorship and guidance to new and developing team members when necessary and seeks ways to improve current processes
- Broad marketing skills and capabilities (generalist): paid advertising, database marketing & CRM, social media, web experience & eCommerce, content and creative, public relations
- Broad understanding of digital marketing concepts & disciplines
- Experience with agile methodologies of planning & executing marketing programs in alignment with business objectives is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and capabilities
- Results-driven and focused on goal achievement through customer-centricity
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships and to motivate and inspire fellow team members toward achievement of program goals and objectives
- Continuous learner who loves staying on top of the latest marketing innovations and trends
