- Develop and lead the AI architecture strategy, aligned with business objectives and the company's innovation priorities.
- Design and oversee the implementation of AI and generative AI solutions (RAG, integrations, orchestrations).
- Act as a central point between architects, data engineers, developers, RPA teams, security, and business partners to ensure fluidity and consistency of AI initiatives.
- Actively participate in the implementation of initial AI solutions (prototypes, RAG integrations, orchestrations) to validate approaches and accelerate adoption within teams.
- Guide and support technical teams in designing and deploying new AI architectures while fostering internal skill development in these technologies.
- Establish governance, ethics, and security principles to ensure responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence.
- Maintain continuous technology watch to advise leadership on emerging trends and opportunities.
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or equivalent.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in software architecture or AI/ML solutions.
- Strategic vision, technical leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in integrating or deploying AI solutions, ideally in complex or highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture principles and patterns, including language models (LLM), RAG approaches, indexing, embeddings, and text data processing.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and frameworks, cloud environments, and CI/CD and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of data fundamentals (quality, governance, ingestion, security).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Ethical sense and understanding of confidentiality and compliance issues related to AI.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies, considering performance, sustainability, and security.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
