Known for their quality workmanship, integrity, and strong client relationships, they specialize in commercial refrigeration design, installation, service, and maintenance.They take pride in offering a supportive, professional work environment and are looking for someone who shares their values of reliability, teamwork, and excellence.Position SummaryOur client is currently seeking a 3rd or 4th year Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Apprentice (313A) or a Licensed 313A Mechanic to join their team of Service Technicians in the Niagara Region. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced technicians on a range of commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects.This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Commercial HVAC systems; limited residential projectsPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentDeliver professional, courteous service to commercial clientsAccurately complete work orders and documentationQualificationsRegistered as a 3rd or 4th year apprentice in the 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic tradeOR a fully licensed 313A MechanicMinimum 2 years of HVAC on the job experienceValid G Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityReliable, safety-conscious, and easy to get along with * Working at Heights certificationAble to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWhat They OfferCompetitive pay:$25–$35/hr for apprentices$40–$45/hr for licensed 313A Mechanics35–45 hours/week with consistent daytime hours (no regular overnight work)Comprehensive benefits after 3 months (health, dental, vision, and more)Opportunities for overtime and continued trainingAccess to modern service trucks, tools, and technologyA positive team culture focused on employee growth and development
