We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team.Job Description:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Halifax area, as well as managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to ensure a consistent and predictable flow of business
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fleet industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
