- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to ensure a consistent and predictable flow of business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fleet industry or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
