- Processing and entering high volumes (200+) of financial transactions with accuracy
- Supporting accounts receivable and payment activities on a daily basis
- Maintaining organized records and documentation for the Finance team
- Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
- Assisting with general administrative and reporting tasks
- Clear entry point into an accounting career - solid entry level position
- Exposure to structured AR processes in a larger organization - long term permanent FT hire
- Stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow in responsibility/ task
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration, data entry, or transaction processing within a large private or public company in Canada
- Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and large volumes of data entry is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
- Confident, professional communicator (this is a customer-facing role)
- Interest in building a long-term career in accounting or finance
- Able to work fully on-site in Surrey, BC
