Brandt is currently seeking an Office Administrator for our Chicoutimi location.
This position is responsible for various administrative duties, and providing support to the branch/office as required.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide reception duties
  • Monitor warranty claims
  • Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and wholegoods processing
  • Responsible for branch deposits, safety coordination
  • General administrative duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • Must possess excellent communication/organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Required Experience
  • Previous experience in service administration and safety coordination is considered an asset
  • Office Education diploma/certificate is considered an asset
