- Provide reception duties
- Monitor warranty claims
- Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and wholegoods processing
- Responsible for branch deposits, safety coordination
- General administrative duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Must possess excellent communication/organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in service administration and safety coordination is considered an asset
- Office Education diploma/certificate is considered an asset
