In this opportunity as a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Manage and oversee projects across sales technology, enablement, data, and operations from start to finish, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
- Actively identify, assess, and manage risks, while transparently communicating potential impacts to all levels of management.
- Take ownership of project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business value.
- Navigate project scope changes, offering solutions to maintain project integrity and mitigate negative impacts.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships across the business to ensure program success.
- Collaborate with resource managers for optimal resource allocation to projects and programs.
- Promote agility and flexibility in project execution to meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of status, changes, and issues.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, cost estimates, and reports.
- Make informed project decisions, adjusting plans as needed and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and policies.
You're a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if your background includes:
- BS/BA degree is required.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and influence skills, adaptable to the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
- Proficient in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
