In Group Disability, our mandate is to assist our Clients, both employees and employers, in the relentless pursuit of better health.What will you do?You will be responsible for coaching Disability Case Managers (DCM) to enhance skills to optimize claims duration / outcomes and develop superior Case Management Excellence behaviours.
  • Providing feedback and coach the DCM team in client-focused case management and achieving results
  • Refining your assigned DCM team skills on the best use of tools and approaches, caseload management, forecasting, workload prioritization
  • Supporting DCM in change management and achieving overall measured team performance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes to better meet our service excellence, quality, and financial commitments to our Clients
  • Identifying emerging trends by using reporting and caseload reviews, and develop a plan to address them
  • Collaborating with your Manager, your CMC peers, trainers, and other stakeholders to address learning and development opportunities
What do you need to succeed?
  • Expert in Disability Case Management (short-term and/or long-term disability) with strong coaching skills
  • Understands the larger scale of the disability business and the financial impact on Plan Sponsors
  • Ability to connect the information, to identify trending and to explain the why
  • Great communicator (bilingual in English and French - Quebec only):

  • Analytical and detail oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts
