
Head of Sales - Pump Services (Canada)

- Lead regional sales activities and optimize sales channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base.
- Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Negotiate major project tenders and oversee pricing strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a related sales leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery, hydraulics, and pump manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
