Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional categories, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Develop and execute cost reduction strategies through rigorous market analysis, sourcing opportunities, and risk/benefit evaluation.Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and change management to enhance service levels and achieve total cost of ownership savings.Track, report, and manage performance and modifications within the category portfolio.Conduct periodic spend analyses and develop sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction, improved quality, and service levels.Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring alignment with internal end user requirements and contract terms.Lead or participate in supplier audits and cross-functional projects or initiatives.Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts within and between projects and facilitate issue resolution for end users.Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and maintain efficient sourcing procedures.Develop and manage tools for performance tracking, savings reporting, and eSourcing setup for category portfolios and suppliers.What you’ll Bring:Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
