- Deliver full-cycle recruitment services in alignment with APS policies and directives.
- Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce considerations, and process requirements.
- Prepare inclusive job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate and support interviews, conduct reference checks, and support offer processes.
- Balance multiple recruitment files while responding to shifting priorities.
- Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Participate in projects and initiatives that support broader PSC priorities.
- Drive for Results - You know what outcomes are important and maximize resources to achieve results that are aligned with the goals of the organization, while maintaining accountability.
