- Lead organizational change management efforts related to Workday enhancements, releases, and new module implementations (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Compensation).
- Maintain data accuracy and standardized processes across all HR technologies; proactively identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday tools and frameworks.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new Workday releases, features, and complementary HR technologies to strengthen system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics; translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders.
- Establish and enforce governance standards, best practices, and system usage guidelines across HR.
- Partner with People & Culture and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify high‑value system enhancements and prioritise improvements.
- Design and prototype workflows, automations, data pipelines, and AI‑enabled HR solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Explore and propose responsible AI adoption within HR; assess AI tools, evaluate risks, and ensure alignment with security and ethical standards.
- Create and maintain user documentation; deliver training to managers and employees to support effective Workday usage.
- HCM Workday Professional Certification
- 5+ years proven experience in functional HR role, implementation and/or consulting experience in HCM Core, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Time, Payroll or Talent and Performance is required
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and compliance frameworks; ability to challenge and redesign outdated or inefficient practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Proven ability to enhance data quality, build robust reporting capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with integrations, data pipelines, and low‑code/automation tools (e.g., EIB, Studio).
- Ability to evaluate and experiment with emerging AI capabilities in a responsible, measured, and governance‑aligned manner.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
- High degree of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate with our clients across Canada
