- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to explore product potential, develop promotional strategies, and implement effective supplier programs.
- Lead the creation and monthly rollout of our Agriculture Value Flyer, ensuring alignment with customer needs and seasonal opportunities.
- Partner closely with Marketing to attract and retain customers through targeted parts and service promotions.
- Listen and respond to feedback from branch and field teams, supporting them to improve our parts and service offerings.
- Keep a pulse on the agricultural landscape- primarily in Canada, and become familiar with Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Audit and research competitor offerings, promotional programs and discount strategies.
