Business Development Representative

- Develop customer portfolio and manage sales for new customers, providing outstanding customer service to increase customer retention,
- Increase client base within assigned geographical territory, manage profit margins and provide innovative solutions,
- Procure and present rate quotes to customers,
- Maintain sales database on a continuous basis and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Research market trends and propose sales/marketing strategies.
- Travel within the assigned territory is required about 50%,
Countries & Business Development
- Strong preference being given to candidates who are fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Academic education: Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics/ International Negotiation - preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development with non-asset trucking brokerage and/or Asset ground operators / Freight Forwarders.
- Working experience in a local non-asset trucking brokerage and/or Asset ground operators / Freight Forwarder - preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Team player
