The Opportunity:Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Group sales costing agent to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Group sales costing agent, you will provide excellent customer service while generating new sales through relationship building, the growth of customer loyalty, and product knowledge! In this role, you will accurately cost incoming quotes while providing product options and promotional information in provided targeted timelines. The role will report to the Group Sales Support Supervisor and will be located in Toronto, ON.What You’ll Do:

Cost and issue daily quotes assigned accurately within 24 hours of receipt using Payload Guidelines
Administer all aspects of incoming Instant Group Quotes
Ensure pricing is competitive by researching distribution channels.
Respond to incoming emails pertaining to group rate requests in a professional, timely manner.
Prioritize quotes to maximize conversion.
Complete follow-up calls for pending quotes.
Answer Groups’ telephone queue line in a timely manner and providing quotes if necessary or assisting in Groups administration.
Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.

What You’ll Need:

Diploma in Travel OR 2 years of work experience in the travel industry is an asset.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong Customer service skills and the ability to adjust to the needs of the customer in each call
Experience with Microsoft Office.
