(Effective April 1, 2025 - March 31st 2027.)Position OverviewClassification is currently under review.Reporting to the Manager, Health Services, the Clinical Education Facilitator assumes a leadership role by providing guidance and direction to participants in the undergraduate Nursing Program to ensure quality patient care and outcomes based on best practice. The Clinical Education Facilitator is responsible for the organization, supervision and evaluation of students' clinical performance.Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience on the ward is required.
Recent teaching experience preferred.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing required.
Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
Successful completion of a relevant post-basic program may be required or preferred in designated area.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Current registration or eligibility for registration, with C.R.N.M. required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.
