- Load and unload components according to procedure established.
- Read drawings and execute inspection procedures to ensure part specifications are being met.
- Interface with machine controller as required to execute tasks.
- Use of appropriate precision inspection equipment to measure tolerances
- Adhere to calibration and quality procedures and processes.
- Treat and use all equipment (tools, measuring devices, computers, etc) with care.
- Use of hand tools for finishing activities such as deburring or filing.
- Ensure quality of part meets customer specifications, and raise concerns when required.
- Promptly initiate quality processes for non-conforming parts, and follow procedures to control those components.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Routine maintenance on the machine as outlined.
- Proactively provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve processes, fixturing, or programs.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Mechanically inclined, skilled in using hand tools.
- Multi-tasking, organizing and time management skills required.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- $38,800 - $52,099 + Eligibility for Profit Sharing Program Participation (pending successful completion of probationary period and based on business performance).
