- Responsible for month-end procedures
- Reconciliations (bank accounts and credit cards)
- Oversee AR and AP
- Full-cycle accounting functions
- Communication with clients and other accountants
- Analysis of accounting and financial reports
- Maintain filing system to support accounting and financial records
- Other duties as assignedQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- CPA designation or working towards it
- 3+ years of experience as an accountant in public or private practice
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior understanding of general accounting principles
- Great computer skills (MS Office, Excel and other computerized accounting systems)
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environmentSummary
