As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will support Contact Centre Operations and provide HR solutions that fully leverage people management, employee capability, and organizational development.You will provide high-impact, proactive support to leaders, equipping them with the tools and guidance required to excel in a competitive marketplace. You’ll use your human resources experience to provide value-added advice and counsel in all areas of Human Resources, including: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Succession Planning, and Inclusion strategies.You will act as a trusted advisor, navigating the unique demands of fast-paced contact centre environment, advocating for business-specific HR priorities, and collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise to develop and implement tailored solutions. Your ability to operate with urgency, unpack complex employee relations matters, anticipate challenges, and drive results will be essential to supporting our teams in delivering exceptional value to clients.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeed

Critical thinking: You will leverage your critical thinking skills to analyze and provide consistent counsel to your business partners on complex employee matters. * HR Planning and Integration – You plan and coordinate the delivery of annual Corporate HR initiatives related to Performance Management, Talent Planning, Base Pay and Incentive Pay to ensure the needs of the client groups and Corporate HR are met in a timely and efficient manner. Anticipates and plans for future human capability needs by analyzing and interpreting workforce information, reviewing results of employee surveys, and discussing top of mind issues and concerns with business and HR leaders. You reinforce appropriate application of HR policies, standards and procedures to ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission and values and to ensure adherence with legislative requirements.Who you are
