
Reporting and Insights Product Owner

- Collaborate with Technology on the build of the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform designed for self-serve reporting and analytics.
- Be the DaaS SME supporting the Business and Functional Partners ensuring reporting requirements are met.
- Ensure all new Product data attributes are prioritized for delivery to the DaaS platform.
- Design and implementation of the roll-out plan for DaaS.
- Lead the change management to downstream DaaS users.
- Design and implement Reporting Governance ensuring alignment with Enterprise Data Policies.
- Work with Data Governance to develop a “Data Access Entitlements” framework
- Conduct DaaS testing of new and existing reports.
- Migrate existing customized reports onto the DaaS platform.
- Assist in the design of a consumption data layer that meets the requirements for internal users.
- Present Tableau training workshops
- Use and adopt Agile best practice
- Promote a data-driven culture
- 7+ years experience supporting a data initiative
- Bachelor degree in Data Science, Financial Engineering, or quantitative field
- Database development, querying and analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Oracle, Data Visualization, Tableau, PowerBI etc
- Proven technical skills and experience in Business report development
- Understanding of technical data concepts such as data ingestion, data warehouse, data lakes, master reference data, data models, systems of record, aggregation layer and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical and data problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical
- concepts to non-technical audiences in presentation form.
- Experience with using Jira, Confluence and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet tight timeframes, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while assessing impact to existing work
