- Provide on-site support to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs of armored trucks.
- Ensure the removal of any hindrances to ensure proper repairs.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Manager in scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance and inspections of armored trucks.
- Coordinating repairs and servicing to minimize downtime.
- Check and maintain the correct inventory spare parts in each garage.
- Ensure have the best price effective solution for each repair.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure that garage is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Repair and verify the proper functioning of cameras and doors to prevent unauthorized usage, such as valet mode.
- Examine all accident-involved trucks to determine the optimal repair solution and suggest improving plan to avoid future accidents.
- Ensure that CVI and PM is conducted on schedule and follows the appropriate procedures and supports.
- Visit vendors and verify that they are performing their tasks correctly for Garda.
- Follow up on maintaining and repairing of security systems.
- Support the improving plan deployments.
- During each visit, conduct audits for the following: Proper preventive maintenance, correct usage of spare parts, oils, and tires; adherence to CVIP maintenance guidelines; and inspection of security measures and truck tools.
- Enforce safety and compliance protocols within the fleet.
- Conduct audits for safety measures, CVIP compliance, and security points.
- Take corrective actions to address safety and compliance issues promptly.
- Assist in investigating and reporting any accidents or incidents promptly.
- Assist in implementing security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Implement security measures for fleet assets, including cameras and doors
- Required: Red Seal Truck & Coach License
- Good knowledge of standard repair times
- Experience on Audit and vendor relations
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Electronic repairs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of CVIP regulations and industry-specific safety and security procedures.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety and security standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
