As the Account Manager, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted advisor for clients-keeping their coverage in top shape and their questions answered.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the go-to support for client questions, requests, and concerns
  • Review policies and ensure everything is accurate and up to date
  • Provide helpful, proactive service that keeps clients coming back
  • Stay sharp on insurance trends, policy changes, and products
  • Handle documentation like a pro-clear, complete, and audit-ready
  • Collaborate with our client's awesome team to create a seamless client experience
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Level One RIBO License (held for at least two years)
  • 3+ years of insurance experience
  • Strong product knowledge and a natural ability to explain things clearly
  • Friendly, people-first communication style
  • Self-motivation and a team mindset-you can work solo, but love to collaborate
  • Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office
