$75K–$95KAn established GC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support commercial and industrial projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This role involves coordinating project delivery, managing documentation, and supporting cost, schedule, and contract administration.Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting, estimating, and quantity take-offs
- Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders
- Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants
- Track costs, prepare reports, and forecast project finances
- Review invoices, issue subcontracts, and manage procurement
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance
- Support project closeout, occupancy, and warranty processes
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a PC or APM on ICI or industrial projects
- Experience on $10M–$50M new build or TI projects
- Strong document control and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Valid driver’s license and local project experience
