- Lead and mentor a team of master-level interns in talent acquisition, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their recruitment capabilities
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our quarterly intern recruitment cycles
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processes
- Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our startup culture while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic workforce plans and organizational development initiatives
- Support broader People Operations initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a senior HR role within a startup or high-growth technology company
- Proven expertise in building and scaling HR functions from the ground up
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and modern recruitment technologies
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
- Professional HR certifications or interest in pursuing relevant certifications
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Previous experience in AI or technology startups
- International HR experience
- Experience in mentoring or training junior HR professionals
