Business Development Representative – HVAC
GTAOur client, a top developer and manufacturer within the HVAC industry is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team. This role focuses on developing and driving residential and light commercial product sales (ductless, mini-split systems, VRF lines etc.) through the Distribution channels and to build relationships with builders, developers, consulting engineers etc.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with builders, developers, utilities and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver product application and training to dealer's staff.
  • Support and develop the residential and light commercial plan and specific market in the region.
  • Work with HVAC sales team and contractor network
What We’re Looking For
  • HVAC sales and business development experience with experience and relationships in HVAC
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Willing to travel and work from the road and office.
  • 7 years sales experience (within HVAC) and good technical knowledge
  • Bachelor's or technical trade qualification in related field preferred.
