- Assist with reporting and data preparation related to customer satisfaction programs.
- Support existing Excel-based tools and workflows used by the team.
- Contribute to maintaining accuracy and consistency in monthly reporting cycles.
- Assist in compiling and organizing data from various online review platforms.
- Support internal reporting tied to customer feedback and reputation performance.
- Help ensure alignment between third-party platforms and internal tracking tools.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining reporting files from multiple sources.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal reports and shared systems.
- Support the ongoing improvement of reporting processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Work with large Excel-based datasets to prepare, clean, and structure information for analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using automation or AI tools.
- Support implementation of improved workflows for data handling, reporting, and internal processes.
- Contribute to new initiatives focused on enhancing how the organization uses data and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Organized and capable of managing recurring tasks and deadlines.

- Full-time, office-based role in Edmonton, AB (no remote or work-from-home).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field is required.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, basic analysis) is required.
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity is required.
- Exposure to SharePoint or similar file management systems is an asset.
- Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an asset.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Gain early exposure to how a 70+ location business operates, including direct involvement in executive reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Build practical technical skills in Excel, data management, and AI by working on real business problems and operational workflows.
