Coordinating the scheduling of drivers, trucks, and freight between locations.
Scale loads and identify product correctly prior to invoicing.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers.
Preparing quotes, invoicing, preparing payroll, and filing on a day to day basis.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Experience dispatching is required;
Aggregate experience is an asset;
Positive and professional attitude is required;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to work individually, as well as on a team;
Ability to manage stress in a constantly changing work environment;
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test;
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and work independently.
Shifts for this roll nights and weekends. Plant operates on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule.This is NOT a camp position. Candidates must live in the area.Pre-employment:
Drug and alcohol testing
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Mask Fit Testing
Baseline Testing (respiratory)
