This position is ideal for someone who excels at understanding user needs, crafting clear and impactful communications, and driving adoption of key technology tools and services.Responsibilities of the Role:Technology Communications | Develop and support delivery of high-quality technology communications across multiple platforms, ensuring messages are clear, technically accurate, and tailored to diverse audiences.Adoption & Engagement | Create engaging content—including user guides, videos, newsletters, and SharePoint resources—to support the rollout and adoption of new tools and services.User Experience Enhancement | Partner with stakeholders to enhance the Invesco Employee Center, ensuring the portal is easy to navigate and aligned with user needs.Stakeholder Collaboration | Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive cohesive, organization wide messaging and support broader communication strategies.Learning Support | Review, refine, and enhance third-party training materials and collaborate on education campaigns that empower employees to confidently use technology.Tech Outreach | Co-lead the TechPulse program by curating content, organizing sessions, and elevating technology awareness across the business.Continuous Learning | Stay current on emerging technologies, M365 innovations, and best practices in communications and user experience.Requirements of the Role:Proven experience developing impactful communication or technology adoption campaigns.2+ years in a fast paced, customer focused environment.Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.Curiosity, agility, and the ability to quickly interpret new information and anticipate its broader impact.Passion for innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.Ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships across teams.Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) is preferred.Experience with SharePoint content management is advantageous.Salesforce knowledge is helpful but not required.Broad technical understanding of end-user experience and emerging technologies.Demonstrated ability to independently research complex topics, and translate findings into clear, actionable communication materials.The salary range for this position in Charlottetown is $50,000 - $55,000 base/year.
