Pay Rate Range: $ 50.00- 51.47/hr.Job Title: Mainframe Developer (Role: Senior Developer / Designer)Job Description:
- Tech stack – IBM Mainframe - JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, Deep IMS knowledge, Endever, File-AID, CA-7
- Tools: INSYNC, Jira, confluence, Service Now
- AI: Should be AI aware / GitHub Copilot/ VSCode
- Designer skills: Should be able to independently analyze IMS Segments, create detailed design, lead junior developer, participate end to end field mapping, develop/ unit test and deploy code
- DB2: Great understanding of DB2 objects and processing. Should be able to independently analyze DB2 objects.
- Soft skill: this person will be placed in a pod with no major mainframe experience hence person should be able to learn independently. Candidate should be a good problem solver with good ability to adapt & learn.
- RTO: Expected to be in the office 2 to 4 days a week
- Nice to have (non-mandatory) knowledge of Kafka & RESTful APIsTop 3 Required Skills:
